Since 2012, Kayley has sent out more than 100 winners between the flags and several Hunter Chase winners. The yard has been the leading Devon & Cornwall Point to Point yard on several occasions and has twice finished in the top 3 Nationally. Highlights have been to achieve leading Novice Gelding and leading Novice Mare in the same season with Jepeck & Miss Gotaway, proving the teams' ability to produce and educate the young horses. Older horses are also catered for with a varied regime and plenty of ex National Hunt horses have thrived on the pointing scene, with the likes of Steeltown, who arrived with a dubious attitude and then with a bit of a new regime went on to win 9 races. 

 

The Point to Point yard now runs alongside the National Hunt operation in a separate barn but with access to all of the same facilities at Blackmore Farm. Neil McLean headed up our Point to Point team from 2018 until the end of the  2021/22 season. Neil had an impressive 21 winners from 75 runners including another 27 placings and a Hunter Chase winner from stable star, Sixteen Letters. From the beginning of the 2022/23 season, Josh Newman will now be taking over the running of the Point to Point yard! Fingers crossed for another successful season!
